About Pandu Laut
Pandu Laut Nusantara is a community of dedicated individuals who firmly believe in safeguarding and preserving the future of Indonesia's seas. As a non-partisan and inclusive organization, they welcome volunteers from all backgrounds who share a common commitment to protecting the marine environment. Led by the esteemed CEO and Founder, Susi Pudjiastuti, Pandu Laut Nusantara engages in various impactful initiatives and programs to make a difference.
Their efforts encompass activities such as mangrove conservation, beach clean-ups, and the reintroduction of endangered species. They also strive to improve the well-being of small-scale fishermen through boat-sharing actions. Acting as the eyes, ears, and voice of the sea, Pandu Laut/Sea Scouts are at the forefront of marine conservation in Indonesia.
