PANSA

Polska Agencja Żeglugi Powietrznej (PAŻP), also known as PANSA, is Poland’s state air navigation services provider. It is responsible for the safety and orderly flow of air traffic in Polish airspace, operating around the clock throughout the year. The agency manages airspace and provides communication, navigation, and surveillance services for civil and military aviation. Its work supports thousands of aircraft and the passengers travelling over Poland each day.

PAŻP is also the country’s sole institution that trains and employs civilian air traffic controllers. Its broader services include air traffic management solutions, strategic and operational airspace management, aeronautical information, flight information, and flight-plan handling. The agency offers aviation inspections, training, consultancy, data, and aeronautical publications, alongside digital tools for drones and the developing U-Space and UTM environment. These include services that help users plan, coordinate, and report drone operations.

Through international partnerships and participation in European aviation modernisation projects, PAŻP contributes to the development of air traffic management.
