Pantok Kickbox

PANTOK KICKBOX is a sports club based in Uherské Hradiště, Czech Republic, offering kickboxing training for adults and children. The club welcomes new members throughout the year, from beginners looking to develop basic skills and fitness to people interested in recreational or competitive sport. Adult sessions teach kickboxing techniques that combine boxing punches with kicks drawn from traditional martial arts, and include regular sparring. Individual training can also be arranged in advance.

Children’s classes focus on general athletic development, coordination, strength, flexibility, and introductory martial arts skills. Games and competitions help make movement enjoyable while encouraging healthy sporting habits and confidence. Training is led by experienced coaches, including coach Ondřej Kořínek, who holds coaching qualifications in kickboxing and boxing.

The club’s schedule includes weekday classes for adults and children, as well as adult sessions on Saturdays. Beginners can start in comfortable clothing, with specialist protective equipment introduced as training progresses. Equipment, including gloves and protective gear, is available to buy through the club.
