Panzek

Lions Panzek Martial Arts offers Tae Kwon Do programs for children, adults, and people with special needs. Its approach combines martial arts training with personal development, helping students build confidence, discipline, and respect in a supportive community. The traditional Lion Classes develop martial arts skills while introducing life lessons intended to support students as they grow. Topics and potential benefits include anti-bullying, flexibility, discipline, and respect for others.

For younger children, Lion Cub Classes are designed for ages three and four. These classes introduce socializing with peers and focus on listening, respect, and following directions. Dedicated Special Needs Classes provide an environment intended to help every participant take part and progress in their martial arts journey.

Prospective students can schedule a free trial lesson to explore the programs. The website also advertises a limited October offer of three weeks of classes and a free uniform for $31. Classes are offered Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon; the school is closed Sunday.
