Paola Santagostino is a talented artist who seamlessly integrates her background in psychoanalysis with her passion for painting. Her journey into the world of art began in her youth, leading her through a successful career in psychosomatic medicine, where she explored the connections between body and mind. After years of writing and conducting courses, she returned to her artistic roots, enrolling at the prestigious Academy of Fine Arts in Brera to fully dedicate herself to painting.

Santagostino’s diverse body of work includes several notable series, such as Memories, Ritratti dell’Anima, and Il Passaggio del Tempo. Each piece reflects her unique perspective, often characterized by vibrant colors and abstract shapes symbolizing emotional and psychological themes. Her artistic expressions often stem from the symbols she sketches during psychoanalytic sessions, transforming these raw sketches into intricate artworks that capture complex feelings and experiences. Through her art, she invites viewers to engage with their own emotions while exploring the profound interplay of thought and creativity.
