Cevenini Custom Rods is the workshop of Paolo Cevenini, specializing in the construction, repair, reconstruction and personalization of fishing rods. Drawing on a lifelong interest in fishing, including carp fishing, spinning and fly fishing, Paolo develops equipment around each customer’s needs rather than offering standard, preconfigured projects. Customers can discuss their ideas directly with him, receive guidance based on his experience and work together to create a rod tailored to their preferences.

Paolo began building rods after years of fishing and a collaboration with the Rod Hutchinson brand in the late 1990s. During that period, he learned from Alastair Bond, the maker of Hutchinson rods, before developing his skills and establishing Cevenini Custom Rods. The workshop also undertakes work on landing nets and offers a range of rod-building materials and components, including rings, blanks and reel seats. Its services are intended for anglers seeking bespoke equipment, repairs or modifications suited to their fishing style and requirements.
