Parabellum Luta Livre is a combat-sports gym in Offenburg, Germany, offering training for beginners, experienced practitioners, recreational athletes, and competitors. Its programs combine grappling, wrestling, and mixed martial arts, with an emphasis on practical skills, fitness, and self-defence.

The gym teaches Luta Livre, a no-gi grappling discipline originating in Rio de Janeiro. Students learn to close distance, take opponents to the ground, establish control, and work toward submissions. Wrestling sessions focus on takedowns and their defence, skills relevant to grappling, MMA, and self-defence. MMA classes bring together striking, takedowns, clinch work, ground control, ground-and-pound, and submissions.

Parabellum also provides individual personal training tailored to each client’s goals, whether they want to learn grappling from the basics, refine their Luta Livre technique, or develop practical self-defence skills. The weekly schedule includes Luta Livre, MMA sparring, MMA grappling, wrestling, and open mat sessions. Newcomers can arrange a free trial session to experience the training and discuss a suitable appointment with the gym.
