About Paracordfactory
ParacordFactory is a specialist paracord shop in Higashiosaka, Osaka, offering supplies, handmade goods and workshops for people interested in this durable, colorful cord. Originally developed for parachutes, paracord is now used to create a wide range of practical and decorative items. The shop aims to share its appeal and make quality materials and knowledge accessible to both beginners and experienced makers.
Visitors can browse a varied selection of cords in different colors, patterns and thicknesses, chosen with a maker’s attention to detail. Materials can be purchased by the metre, and the store also carries items such as pet-use snap hooks. Its handmade paracord goods include distinctive pieces produced in limited quantities.
ParacordFactory runs hands-on workshops at different levels, led by an experienced paracord artist who serves as representative director of the Japan Paracord Association. The shop was founded in 2022, and its work also supports the spread of sound paracord knowledge and techniques.
