About Paradip Port Authority
Paradip Port Authority, established as a significant maritime hub on India's east coast, operates under the auspices of the Government of India. As a certified ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 compliant entity, it is dedicated to providing safe, efficient, and reliable port services. Located in Odisha, Paradip Port serves as a vital gateway for international and coastal trade, boasting the capability to handle up to 289 million tonnes of cargo annually, including a diverse range of vessels up to 300 meters in length.
The port features 22 operational berths, including three Single Point Moorings and a dedicated Ro-Ro Jetty, designed to accommodate extensive shipping operations. Paradip Port also supports a robust ecosystem with around 218 oil storage tanks and 12 warehouses for bulk cargo, enhancing its logistics capabilities. Moreover, the port is committed to incorporating digital solutions and sustainable practices while simultaneously investing in community development and environmental initiatives.
