It all started in 2004 when Scott Buske embarked on a spontaneous trip to find land where his family could have more space. They found a remarkable 75-acre property with a ready-made structure, electricity, water, and even a phone line, only to discover later that they had unknowingly bought themselves a farm.

The journey began with saving the orchards from the entangled vines and uncovering coffee trees and bee hives. Today, Paradise Meadows is a thriving farming enterprise that cultivates not only bees but also coffee and macadamia nuts. They even have an aquaponics greenhouse where they grow a variety of delicious vegetables.
