About Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Council
Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Council (PaRC) is a statewide citizens group dedicated to advising the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) on aligning programs and services with the needs of individuals with disabilities. PaRC, comprised of Governor-appointed volunteers, plays a pivotal role in enhancing employment opportunities for people with disabilities by advocating for their rights and promoting inclusivity in the workforce. The Council's mission is to inform and advise various stakeholders, including the Legislature and the Governor, on crucial issues impacting the employment of individuals with disabilities.
