Parents Evening System

SchoolCloud provides online booking software designed to make parents’ evenings easier to organise for schools, families and teachers. Its platform supports virtual, face-to-face and hybrid meetings, helping parents choose appointment times while reducing the administrative work involved in collecting reply slips, arranging bookings and managing changes. Schools can tailor the system to different needs, from primary-school class teachers and specialists to secondary-school subject teachers, form tutors and multi-teacher appointments.

The service integrates with school management systems to sync information about teachers, students, parents and classes, and offers single sign-on for parents and teachers. Features include automatic appointment scheduling, configurable gaps between meetings, waiting lists for busy teachers, and browser-based video calls that require no additional software installation. Administrators can adjust classes, substitute teachers or disable individual classes as needed.

SchoolCloud also offers products for clubs and events, including room-booking features for schools, businesses and hospitals. The company says its software is used by schools worldwide and has supported more than 40 million bookings.
