ParentSurf is an education directory and information platform for families exploring learning options and Education Savings Accounts (ESAs). Owned and operated by Scholar Within, Inc., it helps parents find providers by location, subject, grade, and learning format, and compare parent reviews. Its directory covers curriculum, tutoring, classes, homeschool co-ops, microschools, enrichment, special education services, occupational, physical, speech and ABA therapy, testing, educational technology, supplies, and physical education.

ParentSurf also organizes ESA and scholarship information by state, including available programs, funding figures, eligibility details, school-year references, and source information. Families can explore listings for providers and see recorded state or program associations, while the site advises confirming eligibility with the relevant program before making a purchase. Sponsored listings are identified, and ParentSurf states that ratings are not for sale and sponsorship does not affect organic ranking.

Education businesses can use the platform to list programs, feature products, and indicate where they accept ESA funds. ParentSurf serves families and providers, offering directory browsing, program comparisons, and business listing options.
