Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania is a statewide family-support program that connects parents and caregivers of children and adults with disabilities or health care needs to others with similar experiences. Its affiliate program, Family Connections for Language and Learning, supports families of children who are deaf or hard of hearing. Experienced parents and deaf or hard-of-hearing adults help families explore communication options and navigate the Early Intervention system.
