About Parés Baltà
Parés Baltà is a family-owned winery that has been operating since 1790. Located in Penedés, Barcelona, we specialize in crafting organic and biodynamic wines and cavas using grapes from our vineyards. Our commitment to sustainability is evident through our eco-friendly farming practices, which have been certified organic since 2002 and biodynamic since 2012.
We prioritize the well-being of our vineyards, maintaining a diverse ecosystem with olive and almond groves, as well as nurturing the soil using our own flock of sheep and bee hives. Our team of women winemakers, María Elena and Marta, bring a unique touch to our wines and cavas, combining innovation with tradition to create expressive and characterful products that evoke emotions. Visitors to Parés Baltà can enjoy a range of authentic experiences, including guided tastings, wine pairing sessions, 4x4 tours through the picturesque Penedés region, vineyard walks, and relaxing wine tastings in our family courtyard.
