Der Paritätische Sachsen-Anhalt is a statewide association that brings together member organizations, employees, volunteers and people with diverse experiences to strengthen social solidarity and participation. For more than 35 years, it has supported a society in which everyone has a place and people work together on equal terms. The association represents and connects organizations working across social fields, and provides members with practical support and sector-specific information.

Its specialist updates cover areas including care for older people, disability inclusion, participation, self-determination, childcare and early childhood education. The organization also coordinates meetings, training sessions and other events, helping members share knowledge and address common challenges. Through public campaigns and partnerships, it promotes human rights, democracy, diversity, self-help and community engagement.

Its long-running social partnership with SC Magdeburg includes initiatives for children and young people and advocacy for human rights. By linking information, collaboration and public engagement, Der Paritätische Sachsen-Anhalt works to help its members and communities respond to social needs and build a fair, inclusive future
