Parkhaus

Parkhaus creates bespoke car condos for vehicle owners who want more than traditional garage storage. The brand combines secure, customizable spaces with an environment designed to celebrate cars as both works of art and sources of excitement. Its facilities offer 24-hour secure access, pristine surroundings, and suites that owners can tailor to their own needs and aesthetic. Parkhaus also aims to foster a community of car enthusiasts through social events and opportunities to connect and share their passion.

Rather than providing a standard storage unit, Parkhaus presents its car condos as dedicated spaces for displaying and enjoying a personal collection. The company invites customers to bring their own vehicles and create a setting that reflects their interests. Parkhaus is developing its first location outside Boston, with a launch planned for early 2025, and offers information about presales and other purchasing options through its contact channels. The brand also provides project updates to subscribers as construction progresses.
