Parkinson Poznań

The Wielkopolskie Association of People with Parkinson’s Disease in Poznań is a community organization supporting people affected by Parkinson’s, along with their families and caregivers. It shares information about the disease, its diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, and helps people find ways to manage physical and emotional challenges associated with the condition. The association also works to connect people facing similar experiences and offers opportunities to seek guidance and support.

Its activities include physiotherapy, therapeutic dance, exercise with Smovey® rings, speech therapy and psychotherapy. The organization also promotes access to information about treatment options and practical resources. In 2026, it announced the “Ruszamy ku Życiu” project, planned through the end of the year, with group therapeutic dance and Smovey sessions, individual reflexology appointments, outings to professional cultural events, and a cultural and social gathering with dancing. The association is based in Poznań and invites interested people to contact it to learn about its support and activities.
