Park Lane Cakes

Park Lane Cakes is a bespoke cake business established in 2012 by master baker Catherine Lipsett. Based in Kinlough, County Leitrim, it serves wedding and celebration clients across Donegal, Leitrim and Sligo. The business specialises in wedding and christening cakes, alongside cupcakes, dessert tables and favours. Each design is created to suit the occasion, with wedding cakes drawing inspiration from personal details such as invitations, dress embroidery and wedding colours. Decorations can include fresh flowers, sugar-paste blooms, pearls, edible gemstones, lace and custom figurines.

Park Lane Cakes also creates christening cakes with individual designs, including animal characters, teddy bears, booties, blocks and personalised names and dates. Cakes are freshly baked to order using quality ingredients, including Irish butter, Benbulben farmhouse eggs and Nielsen Massey vanilla extract. Flavour options range from chocolate biscuit and chocolate with chocolate buttercream to carrot cake with vanilla cream cheese, with dietary needs and custom flavour ideas welcome.
