Parko Group

Parko Group is a European holding company that brings together services in human resources, construction and industrial outsourcing, HR technology, and online business administration. It began with Parko Staff, a personnel agency that works with manufacturing companies in Slovakia and provides recruitment, temporary employment, employment mediation, and HR management and administration. Building on its experience in the sector, the group developed Parko User, a digital HR platform designed to streamline administrative work and employee data processing. Its features include advance approvals, document generation, payroll distribution, and employee management.

Through PGW Solutions, Parko Group supplies verified subcontractors and expert teams for construction and industrial projects across the EU, with support for deployment, logistics, coordination, and quality control. The group also operates Oki-Doki.sk and Úkon.sk, online services that help customers establish sole proprietorships or limited liability companies in Slovakia, process company changes, and access other administrative services. Across its portfolio, Parko Group focuses on practical support for businesses, from setting up a company and managing staff to delivering project teams and improving HR processes.
