About parkrun UK
Whether you prefer to walk, jog, run, volunteer, or simply spectate, parkrun welcomes everyone to participate. Held every Saturday morning, the main event covers a 5k distance, while on Sundays, junior parkrun offers a 2k route dedicated to 4-14 year olds and their families. What sets parkrun apart is its inclusive nature, as there is no time limit and no one finishes last.
With over 1,196 parkrun events taking place across the country, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved. Registering for parkrun is a one-time process, allowing participants to engage in multiple activities.
