Integrative Psychiatry Online is the professional website of Ron Parks, MD, a physician, consultant, writer, and mentor whose work brings together psychiatry, holistic medicine, and integrative approaches to health and wellbeing. The site shares information and perspectives on mental health, addiction, grief and bereavement, ADHD, autism, and the psychological effects of major events, including the COVID-19 crisis. Its Mind Wise blog features essays on topics such as resilience, emotional health, personal perspective, and the challenges of adapting to change.
Visitors can explore articles by Dr. Parks and guest contributors, along with curated mental health resources, bibliographies, and reading lists. The site also offers information about consultations, supervision, and mentoring, with appointments arranged through its scheduling page.
Readers may subscribe to the Mind Wise newsletter for updates and a complimentary e-book on COVID-19 and mental health. Integrative Psychiatry Online presents educational material rather than medical advice, and encourages visitors to consult their own qualified healthcare providers about personal health concerns
