Parq is a Kansas-based brand developing luxury park model homes, with a planned launch in 2027. Its thoughtfully designed retreats are intended for recreational and seasonal use, with placement and permitted use subject to local rules. The collection is organized into three tiers: Parq I Entry, offering considered essentials and loft or single-level layouts; Parq II Mid, adding elevated lighting, detailed millwork and flexible dining options; and Parq III Reserve, featuring premium exterior materials, cabinetry, surfaces, appliances and bath details.

Customers can explore settings ranging from a backyard or farm to a lake or mountain location, and consider site access, utilities and local requirements. Parq also supports landowners, operators and developers exploring campground or resort projects, including destinations of 50 to 100 units. Its project journey covers model and finish selection, site preparation, factory construction, transportation and on-site setup, with timing and requirements varying by project. Before its launch, Parq invites prospective customers to join a free priority list for a personal conversation; this does not reserve a home or commit to a delivery date.
