Parqio

Parqio provides digital access and gate-management solutions for housing cooperatives, commercial properties, and parking operators. Its platform helps make shared garages easier to manage, reducing everyday administration while giving property teams greater control over access. Administrators can add or remove residents, set permissions, assign responsibilities, and arrange access to expire automatically. Residents can also invite guests, with time limits applied when needed.

Users can open gates through the Parqio app, by calling the gate’s phone number, or automatically as they approach by car or bike with their phone. The automatic opening feature uses phone location and speed, without requiring cameras, sensors, or transmitters. For connected systems, Parqio also offers API access.

Gate-management features include status checks, scheduled opening and closing, holiday exceptions, rush-hour settings, and alerts when a gate remains open longer than intended. Parqio connects to electrically operated gates, old or new, and integrates with property-management, security, and mobility systems. Installation partners help connect garages, while the Parqio team guides customers through setup.
