Pars Theological Centre, established in 2010 by a diverse group of Iranian theologians, pastors, and counselors, serves as a vital hub for holistic and contextual leadership training for the Iranian community. Over the past decade, Pars has developed into a dynamic ministry dedicated to equipping and mobilizing servant-leaders within the Persian-speaking world. The Centre offers a unique Persian-language School of Theology and Leadership, comprehensive training programs, and a robust Counselling Centre, alongside the Iranian Leaders Forum and a Publishing house focused on theological resources.

Recognizing the challenges faced by Christians in Iran, including persecution and social unrest, Pars aims to cultivate a community of resilient and biblically informed leaders. Through innovative online platforms, mentorship programs, and empowering resources, Pars encourages effective leadership that fosters growth in faith, discipleship, and social action.
