PartageCan is a Canadian civic app that helps neighbours give useful items a second life, build community connections and preserve local resources. Designed to support a community circular economy, the platform enables people to share goods without money, fees or selling. Users can post an item in about 30 seconds by adding a photo and description, then connect with nearby residents interested in receiving it.

To make distribution fair and transparent, interested neighbours join a waiting list and can see their position in real time. The donor chooses a recipient and confirms the local handover. Members also earn eco-citizen points for posting items, completing donations, receiving goods, referring friends and being punctual. These points can be redeemed with local partners.

PartageCan works with organizations including thrift stores, repair shops, bike couriers, food centres and municipalities. The platform describes itself as public-interest, ad-free, and committed to hosting data in Canada. Its service is free to use and aims to make neighbourhood sharing simple, fair and rewarding.
