Partners Community Health (PCH) is a dedicated not-for-profit charitable organization committed to enhancing health care services tailored to the needs of individuals in Mississauga and West Toronto. With a mission centered on delivering seamless care, PCH operates Wellbrook Place, which includes two state-of-the-art long-term care homes and a Seniors’ Hub, collectively featuring 632 beds, making it an integral part of the community’s health ecosystem.

PCH not only provides essential long-term care but also offers innovative programs and services that reflect their commitment to a compassionate and inclusive approach to health care.
