Pascale Noel

Pascale Noël is a transformational performance coach who helps golfers strengthen their mental game and reach higher levels of performance. She works with elite and amateur golfers of all abilities, focusing on confidence, motivation, concentration, mindset and the ability to find a state of flow, or “the zone.” Her coaching is tailored to each person: an initial intake interview helps identify barriers to progress, followed by individual goal-setting activities and regular weekly work, particularly during the first three weeks of a programme.

Drawing on her experience as a golfer, team captain and coach, Noël combines personal development with sport psychology principles, including methods informed by the work of Dr. Michael Lardon. Her aim is to help clients address limiting beliefs, build self-belief and develop practical tools for improvement both on and off the course. Her background includes golf leadership and coaching roles, competitive achievements, and training in sport psychology and golf instruction.
