Pascal Perez-Rubin’s culinary brand celebrates home cooking, baking, and the diverse food traditions of Jewish and Mediterranean communities. A cook, baker, food journalist, and cookbook author, Perez-Rubin regularly writes and photographs food columns for Maariv publications and the Jerusalem Post. Her website brings together recipes, articles, cooking inspiration, and video content, with a strong emphasis on practical, flavorful dishes and family food traditions.

The extensive recipe collection spans vegetables, soups, breads, savory pastries, main courses, side dishes, festive meals, desserts, and drinks. Recipes are organized by cuisine and heritage, including Moroccan, Tunisian, Tripolitanian, Iraqi, Persian, and other culinary traditions, as well as by occasion and dietary preference. Visitors can find ideas for stuffed vegetables, meat and chicken dishes, salads, cakes, cookies, and vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or sugar-free options. The site also features cooking tips and recommendations, a newsletter, and a selection of Perez-Rubin’s cookbooks for purchase, including titles focused on North African and Tripolitanian cuisine.
