Pasi Päällysaho

Pasi Päällysaho is a running coaching business focused on helping adult recreational and competitive recreational runners improve their performance and achieve their goals. Led by experienced running coach Pasi Päällysaho, the service combines structured training with an individual, supportive approach. Coaching plans are designed around each client’s needs, preferences and feedback, and can be adjusted together as training progresses. The aim is to make goal-oriented exercise a motivating journey beyond the comfort zone while keeping it personally meaningful rather than joyless.

Services include individual running coaching, paired coaching, running technique instruction and strength coaching, with strength programmes tailored to support running. The business also offers fitness testing, including a marathoner’s level test, to help clients understand their starting point and set appropriate targets. Coaching is intended for adults seeking development, whether they run for fitness or compete as serious recreational athletes. Client feedback highlights careful planning, approachable communication and ongoing interest in training and race progress. Pasi Päällysaho also lists services for companies.
