Pasmaats

Pasmaats is an online dating and matchmaking platform presented through Huisgenoot, helping adults meet potential partners and build new connections. Members can create a free profile, indicate whom they are interested in, and search for people by criteria such as age, location, username, or keywords. The site offers several ways to discover members, including listings of new, online, popular, recently updated, and birthday profiles, as well as a photo gallery and a “First Impressions” feature.

Registered users can explore profile visits, favourites, admirers, and mutual admirers, and use messaging and connection tools to interact with others. Pasmaats also provides subscription options, including information about pricing, status, and gift purchases. For guidance, the site offers frequently asked questions, contact support, photo-upload advice, dating-safety tips, and information on privacy and user terms. Members can also read dating articles and success stories. The service is available in Afrikaans and English and invites people aged 18 and over to join, create a profile, and connect with others.
