Passionate Heart Ministry

Passionate Heart Ministry, led by Wendy J. Mahill, supports adult women seeking healing and emotional health after childhood sexual abuse. Based in Bakersfield, California, the ministry offers Christ-centered, curriculum-based programs in highly confidential settings, including a year-long support group. Its work is designed to help participants better understand who God created them to be and build meaningful connections.

The ministry also addresses challenges related to disordered eating and dysfunctional relationships, offering women resources and a supportive environment as they work toward healthier lives. Its website provides information about the ministry’s groups and resources, along with poetry and writings on topics such as fear, sexual abuse, betrayal, and shame. Visitors can learn more about the programs, contact the ministry through its website, or call its confidential phone line. Passionate Heart Ministry also shares updates and related content through Facebook and Wendy Mahill’s blog.
