Patangam

Patangam is a child coaching and yoga practice based in Eindhoven, offering support to children and families as they navigate challenges in childhood and development. Its child coaching services are available to children aged 4 to 18, while children’s yoga is offered for ages 5 to 13. The practice also provides parent coaching, helping parents regain confidence and direction while keeping their child’s development at the centre of the process. Online coaching is available to young adults.

Patangam’s name comes from Sanskrit and refers to a caterpillar transforming into a butterfly, reflecting the belief that children have the potential to grow, develop and find their own way forward. The practice recognises that children can be sensitive to experiences and sensory stimuli in their surroundings, and that some may need extra support to feel balanced and comfortable being themselves. Through coaching and yoga, Patangam aims to help children and parents navigate these experiences. Visitors can contact the practice to learn more or arrange a free initial session.
