Patently-O

Patently-O is a leading source of news, analysis, and commentary on U.S. patent law. The publication covers developments across the patent system, including Federal Circuit decisions, Patent Trial and Appeal Board proceedings, International Trade Commission matters, licensing disputes, patent eligibility, claim construction, prior art, and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office statistics. Patently-O is led by Dennis Crouch, an associate professor at the University of Missouri School of Law, and includes contributions from Jason Rantanen, a professor at the University of Iowa College of Law, along with occasional guest posts by legal practitioners and academics.
