The Pathfinder Foundation is an independent and non-partisan think tank based in Sri Lanka, with a strong global network of partners. Since its establishment in 2008, the foundation has been dedicated to policy research and action-oriented policy reform. Led by its founder, Milinda Moragoda, the Pathfinder Foundation has built a wide network of international and local partners and stakeholders over the years. Through its regular publications, forums, conferences, and advocacy work, the foundation has sparked public discussions, encouraged economic reform, and fostered local, bilateral, and multilateral dialogues and understanding.
