At Pathfinders Support

Pathfinders Support Services Pty Ltd is an Adelaide-based NDIS provider offering person-centred disability support to school leavers and adults with intellectual disabilities. The organisation aims to help people make their own choices, build confidence and practical skills, and live as independently as possible. Its approach is collaborative and flexible, with support plans shaped around each participant’s goals, preferences, routines, and lifestyle. Pathfinders emphasises dignity, respect, safety, and meaningful outcomes, and seeks to build trusting relationships by matching support workers to individual needs and personalities.

Services include short-term accommodation, respite care, supported independent living (SIL), specialist disability accommodation (SDA), transport assistance, NDIS house cleaning, community participation, daily living support, and NDIS support coordination. Group programs and day options provide opportunities for social connection, activities, and skill development, while transport assistance can help participants get to activities and appointments. Supports are intended to adapt as needs and goals change. Pathfinders works with participants and families to support greater independence and engagement in the community.
