Path of Diablo

Path of Diablo is a community server and improvement mod project for Diablo II, aimed at increasing build diversity and replayability while staying true to the original experience. This online project has been running for over 5 years and boasts the largest player base, thanks to its regular ladder resets and content patches that keep the game fresh and exciting. One of the main focuses of Path of Diablo is to enhance underutilized skills by modifying and rebalancing them, providing players with more viable build options.

This includes changing damage scaling, reworking skills, and even introducing entirely new skills. Each ladder reset introduces new changes to allow for even more potential builds, ensuring that returning players can experience the game in a new and refreshing way. Additionally, this project gives new life to unused unique items by reworking them and adding interesting stats and abilities.

This not only makes these items more appealing but also enables new build possibilities. Path of Diablo also brings quality of life improvements such as an expanded charm inventory and a doubled stash size, allowing players to collect more items without sacrificing power. Games become permanent after 30 seconds, making gear transfer hassle-free.

The ability to inspect other players' characters and send party invitations has also been added. Being an international server, Path of Diablo allows players from all over the world to trade, play, and compete together with low latency. All players are kept on a single realm and ladder, with games hosted on multiple servers to ensure smooth gameplay.

To play Path of Diablo, you will need to have both Diablo II and Diablo II: Lord of Destruction expansions installed in English. Simply download the Path of Diablo Launcher, select your Diablo II installation folder, and start enjoying the enhanced and enriched Diablo II experience
