Pathway2Careers (P2C) helps schools connect classroom learning with students’ future careers, making education more relevant and engaging. Its career-connected approach supports learners and educators in understanding how everyday lessons relate to real-world goals and workforce opportunities. P2C serves K–12 schools, districts, and education partners with learning products, research, and implementation support.

Its offerings include P2C Math, which links Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II to careers; P2C Math Bridge, which addresses foundational skill gaps and prepares students for high school mathematics; and more than 200 math application lessons for supplemental instruction. P2C also provides financial literacy curriculum, career exploration tools and curriculum for grades 6–12, early college programs, and a labor market navigator with local and regional workforce information.

Through coaching and consulting, professional development, school services, and education and career research, P2C helps educators and administrators plan and implement change. Its early college digital courses and workforce development initiatives further support pathways to college and careers. Overall, P2C equips communities to connect learning, career awareness, and informed decision-making.
