PATHWAYS Institute for Negotiation Education is a non-profit organization that works with students, teachers and associations to develop interest-based negotiation skills and to establish a shared framework for collaborative, creative problem solving. PATHWAYS delivers experiential negotiation skills workshops, school pairing programs, teacher trainings, and consulting services for schools and associations. PATHWAYS’ work is based on methodology developed at the Harvard Negotiation Project.

About PATHWAYS Negotiation Education Virtual Exchange
PATHWAYS Institute For Negotiation Education is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering problem-solving, cooperative, and shared societies. They aim to equip students, educators, and leaders from diverse backgrounds with the skills and mindset needed to effectively negotiate challenging issues with one another. Established in 2015, PATHWAYS brings negotiation education into educational systems and builds bridges between communities.
Their work is rooted in a 3-year pilot program developed by Dr. Shula Gilad and Dr. Rachel Tal, based on the methodology of the renowned Harvard Negotiation Project.
They have collaborated closely with the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and consulting firms Vantage Partners and Triad Consulting Group to develop their student curriculum. PATHWAYS offers a range of programs, resources, workshops, and leadership programs. These initiatives are facilitated by their experienced team, which includes program officers, managers, directors, workshop facilitators, and consultants.
