Martine Gamache offers skating instruction and skate-care services on Montreal’s South Shore. A certified skating coach, she provides power skating courses designed to build a stronger, more complete foundation on the ice. Lessons cover forward and backward skating, stops, turns, pivots, and forward and backward crossovers, along with other essential techniques. Instruction breaks movements down at low speed and uses repetition to help participants understand each exercise, develop skill at their own pace, and improve their overall skating. The program is intended to support continued learning beyond the lessons, as participants continue to absorb and apply what they have learned in the weeks and months afterward.

In Longueuil, the business also offers personalized skate sharpening and profiling services. Practical advice on custom profiling and blade hollow is available to help skaters understand how skate setup can affect comfort and glide performance. Customers can explore private lessons and online course registration, as well as guidance on skate care and maintenance.
