Patis Fraux

The Patis Fraux Association is a private, nonprofit-sector provider of healthcare and medico-social services in Vern-sur-Seiche, France. It supports older people and people with disabilities, tailoring care and assistance to individual needs and circumstances. The association operates across two local sites and manages a private nonprofit healthcare facility for medical and rehabilitation care, alongside six medico-social establishments and services. These include temporary accommodation through a medicalized care home and residential home, vocational rehabilitation, an EHPAD nursing home, supported accommodation for adults with disabilities, and social and medico-social support services.

Its activities also extend to Patis F’orm, a Maison Sport Santé; Patis Learn, a training organization; and Patis Home, an inclusive housing service. Through its teams, Le Patis Fraux provides care, rehabilitation, accommodation, and practical support for people experiencing vulnerability related to age or disability. The association belongs to several sector organizations, including FEHAP, URIOPSS Bretagne, FAGERH, and Réseau GRAAL 35. Its main office and the EHPAD Le Clos d’Orrière are both located in Vern-sur-Seiche.
