Patricia Robaina is a harpsichordist and continuo player from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, based in The Hague, Netherlands. Specialising in early music and historically informed performance, she works as a soloist, chamber musician and continuo player, performing on the harpsichord and other historical keyboard instruments. Her musical background includes studies in violin, harpsichord, organ and basso continuo, with degrees in Early Music from the Royal Conservatoire The Hague.
Robaina has performed across Europe and Asia at concert venues and festivals including the Utrecht Early Music Festival and MAfestival Brugge. Her collaborations include the New Dutch Academy, MusicAeterna and the Philharmonic Orchestra of Gran Canaria, as well as recording projects for the Pentatone label. She founded and directs Ensemble La Pantomime, developing projects focused on early music, and established the annual International Early Music Course in Las Palmas for students and musicians. Her work also includes conducting Vocaal Ensemble Korenbloem and harpsichord accompaniment, including for the Dutch International Flute Competition.
