Patrick Petitjean

Patrick Petitjean, also known as Team PPJ, provides practical self-defence training in Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy and the wider Nancy area. Founded by instructor Patrick Petitjean, the club teaches his “Prêt et Prête à me défendre” method, drawing on principles inspired by Krav Maga. Training is designed to be accessible to people of different experience levels and focuses on realistic situations, awareness, stress management and conflict handling.

Mixed weekly classes take place on Thursdays at the Gymnase Françoise L’huillier in Vandoeuvre/Brabois, with trial sessions available throughout the year. The club also offers specialist workshops for women, families and couples, and teenagers, as well as courses for companies and professionals, including security and healthcare staff. Patrick’s teaching is informed by decades of martial arts and combat-sports practice and extensive experience in security, close protection, mediation and prevention.

Team PPJ instructors bring additional military, police, security, first-aid and sports backgrounds. An unlimited course subscription is listed at €300
