Patronus provides emergency support products and services designed to help older adults feel safer at home and while out and about. Its main product is a discreet, modern wristwatch with an emergency call function, intended for use throughout Germany. The watch includes a SIM card and lets users speak through the device when they call for help. Depending on the chosen plan, calls can connect to a 24/7 emergency response centre, and designated emergency contacts can be notified after an alarm.

Customers can choose between Patronus Basic and other watch tariffs, with Basic advertised from €15 per month. The company also offers Patronus Light, a traditional home emergency alarm for people who primarily need support at home. Customers can configure a watch online, receive free delivery and try it for 14 days before deciding whether to continue or return it. For eligible users with a care grade, the care fund may cover part of the watch cost; Patronus says it can help submit the application.
