Patty Luna Coach

Patty Luna Health Coach is a wellness coaching brand founded by Patty Luna, a health adviser trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Drawing on her personal experience with significant weight gain, the challenges of losing weight, and living with lupus, Patty supports people seeking a more balanced relationship with their bodies and everyday health. Her approach considers how food, habits, and thoughts can contribute to overall well-being and sustainable changes in daily routines.

The brand offers several guided programs, including Activa tu llave maestra, Detox 4D, El poder del cambio en ti a 12 niveles, and Conciencia Vegetariana–Vegana. Its services also include the “Entrenando mi mente, escuchando mi cuerpo” series and the opportunity to schedule a session with Patty. The programs focus on personal growth, mindful attention to the body, and exploring nutrition and detox practices. Through coaching and educational resources, Patty Luna invites participants to begin a personal journey toward wellness and reconciliation with their bodies. The brand also shares content through its blog and social media channels.
