Paul And Mike Chocolates is a brand that takes great pride in crafting high-quality fine flavor chocolates. Named after two Latin American cocoa farmers, Paul And Mike is dedicated to showcasing the art and science of farming and fermenting cocoa. They believe that pure chocolate shouldn't be bitter and that everyone deserves to experience the joy of great chocolate.
Headquartered in Kochi, Kerala, Paul And Mike grows and ferments cocoa on their very own farms in Kochi and Coimbatore. In addition, they source wet cocoa beans from progressive farmers in Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. From careful selection of cocoa genetics and harvesting at the right time, to expert fermentation, drying, and roasting techniques, Paul And Mike ensures that their chocolates deliver exceptional flavor.
What sets Paul And Mike apart is their commitment to using honest ingredients. They only use fine flavor cocoa beans, avoiding the use of cocoa powder or solids. Their chocolates are made with muscovado sugar instead of refined white sugar, and they use pure cocoa butter without any hydrogenated vegetable oil.
They also prioritize sustainability and aim to be Carbon Negative by 2023, meaning that every Paul And Mike chocolate bar contributes to removing CO2 from the environment. You're invited to visit their chocolate making unit in Kochi for a farm-to-bar tour, where you can learn from their skilled agronomists and chocolate-makers. With their dedication to quality, sustainability, and the purest ingredients, Paul And Mike Chocolates is the perfect choice for chocolate lovers who value exceptional flavor and ethical practices
