Paulien Geels

Paulien Geels Paard & Coaching offers coaching and gentle, horse-focused support centered on connection, relaxation, and balance. Its approach recognizes the links between physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, and considers the person or animal as a whole. For people, Paulien provides systemic coaching, listening and sharing practical tools to help clients recognize recurring patterns, regain a sense of direction, and take up their own place. The aim is to support greater awareness and choices that feel more fitting, helping clients move away from overthinking and toward renewed energy and confidence.

For horse owners, Paulien works in tune with each horse, using calm, gentle techniques to support relaxation, balance, and connection with both itself and its owner. This service is intended for situations where a horse seems unable to relax even when it is not sick or in pain. Paulien’s work is described as holistic, systemic, and energetic, with attention to how different aspects of wellbeing influence one another.
