About PAVE Space
Gruyère Space Program is an innovative student association dedicated to developing pioneering aerospace technology, specifically the world's first student-built rocket hopper. Established in November 2018 at EPFL, the organization aims to build and launch its bi-propellant vertical takeoff and landing (VTVL) rocket, Colibri, by 2024. Their ambitious project involves creating key components like the uMouche UAV for flight control and the F-100 bipropellant engine for propulsion, initiated in 2020.
With a team of passionate individuals from the same high school, Gruyère Space Program emphasizes collaboration and communication to tackle complex challenges in the aerospace industry. Their vision aligns with the increased importance of reusable launch technology and interplanetary lander capabilities, positioning them at the forefront of modern space exploration. By engaging with partners, sharing their work through events, and actively pursuing sponsorship opportunities, they strive to inspire others in the field of space science and engineering. Join them on their journey as they push the boundaries of what student-led initiatives can achieve in the realm of aerospace.
