Pawsitive Pals is a dog training and care business run by Abi, serving Eaton Socon and areas across West Cambridge. Founded on a long-standing interest in dogs, the business aims to build happier, more harmonious relationships between dogs and their people through understanding, communication and trust.
Services include puppy training, private home-visit training, solo training for dogs whose owners are busy, day training at home and individual dog walks of 30 minutes or one hour. Training can address puppy development, general skills and behavioural concerns. Walks are provided one dog at a time, with each dog’s safety and enjoyment in mind.
Abi uses a modern, positive-reinforcement approach informed by continued study, with no punishment or aversive methods. She works with both ends of the leash, tailoring plans to the needs and goals of dogs and owners. Clients also receive free support between sessions and can borrow books from Abi’s training and behaviour library.
