Paxton O'Connor Putting

Paxton O’Connor Putting is a golf coaching business led by putting performance coach Paxton O’Connor, serving high-performing professional, amateur, collegiate, and junior golfers around the world on a selective, limited basis. Based in Dallas, Texas, and Scottsdale, Arizona, the practice focuses on helping players close the gap between what they believe they are doing and what their results reveal. Its coaching approach connects a player’s thoughts, words, and actions with putting performance, especially under pressure, while respecting individual development and past achievements.

Services include putting performance assessments and workshops tailored to collegiate players, junior players, and amateurs, as well as coaching for tour professionals. Assessments and strategy design are adapted to each player’s development stage, readiness, and relationship with coaching. Rather than pursuing perfection, the work emphasizes recognizing patterns, building repeatability, and strengthening performance and mental skills so players can prepare more clearly and respond effectively when important moments arise. The site also lists partnerships with Titleist, Momentous, and AimPoint Express.
